About the authorMy name is Laura Cotterman. I am a self-employed programmer and photographer. I work on a contract and project basis for a diverse group of clients. Because of my interest in stock photography, I have become a bit of an expert on systems and websites for managing images on the web.Programming and Web Design I run a small group of independent contractors that specialize in developing websites that produce results for our customers. We are very bottom line oriented and our goal is to produce measurable, tangible results on each and every project. We believe in plain talk and simple, effective solutions. Technology We have worked with practically every operating system from Windows to Linux including several flavors of UNIX, databases from SQL Server to Oracle including MySQL and Access, dynamic content from Java to ASP including Cold Fusion and PHP and have networking experience on Cisco gear and more. We have substantial references as project managers, system administrators, programmers and designers which are available upon request. Stock Photography I am a professional photographer located in the horse country of Northern Virginia. I am a lifelong horsewoman. I know horses and the agricultural life inside and out.
